Save a sneeze, eat a dragon fruit!

Hello fireflies!

Hoping all of you glowing beauties had a pleasant Easter with your loved ones! For those of you who do not celebrate Easter, hoping you got a chance to go outside and explore the beautiful nature of our world! Lately, with exams being in progress, I have been feeling a little ill. Everyone around me has been getting sick! Due to my sickness infected world at the moment, I've been trying to pack in all the vitamin C I can get. The last thing I would need is a terrible cold during exam time. I usually use "Emergen-C" packets in my water and I definitely find that they do make a difference. If you guys would like a more in depth post on that specific product, let me know! Last week, during my routine grocery run, I came across some nice looking dragon fruit. I have been eating them almost daily since I found them. My state of health was very well considering all the contagions around me. So I googled dragon fruit and realized it is great for immune health and packed with vitamin C! No wonder I was feeling so great! Not only is it packed with vitamin C, it also contains other vitamins such as vitamins B1 through B3, helps with cancer prevention and aids in digestion! I just thought I would come on here and share this amazing fruit find with you! My favourite way of serving/eating it is after it has been refrigerated for about an hour. Try it out and let me know what you think. Dragon fruit is usually located in the fruit produce section of your local grocery store ex. Zhers, Sobeys, Wholefoods etc. Stay chill and healthy!
